There are People Fighting for our Children
One main thing to remember is to keep a journal of every conversation you have with CPS, keep all dates and times with everything discussed. Then take it to court with you.
There are people who have been fighting the system for many years. They have accomplished a few things. They have been to Congress, they have spoke with Senators and to anyone who will listen.
The problem is, the News media is strapped from getting involved due to the "Legalities" of the court system.
So, even after many years of trying to get Bills past and some have succeed, there is still much left to be done before CPS really gets investigated. Changing CPS' pattern of wrongful removals and false allegations against families is going to take more than just "talk".
These "groups" have made great strides, and I think there's no stopping them from trying to help those of us in need. They are the "real deal" when it comes to leveling the playing field with CPS.
As far as I'm concerned, these certain "groups" are the only line drawn between the good and decent parents wrongfully accused and the "real" abusers that seem to on occasion have their children returned to them while the wrongfully accused have to suffer in utter silence and shame.
CPS seems to revel in exploiting their "Termination" of parental rights, when in some cases there is absolutely no need for removal in the first place. CPS will listen to hearsay before they'll listen to the actual parent in question.
CPS' lack of "proof" and "evidence" in some cases should not warrant an adoption, but in some cases this is the end result. This should be considered a crime against family, equality and our God given right to raise the children we give birth to. Freedom of Choice, plain and simple.
Our Country was founded on God, our forefathers died so that we could be free.. free to "be" and multiply.. to fill the Earth. They died so that "We" as a "Family" could be Happy. These are our Rights under The Constitution of the United States. I know my brother, uncle, great grandfather, father, cousin and neighbor didn't die in vein. We should be helped more by the State to care for our children, foster parents get more money a month to care for our children then what we received when they were at home with us.
Make the children poor with their real family, make them rich in Foster Care.. then tell the real parents their children are better off in foster care.. wonder why? Bigger homes, more money.. wow. More money for the foster parents so they can supposedly take better care of our children than what we could.
I pay the full amount of child support every month according to my income and the foster parent gets a lot more money taking care of my child than what I did.. somebody is making out like a bandit, while I'm being bled dry by the system, but none of this spent money is being used to help the real family, like it should in the first place.
I see NOTHING fair and just about any of this.
